    FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

    A self-professed “process nerd”, Ray offers our clients and consulting practice over 25+ years of professional experience focused on operational excellence, process reengineering, automation, process capabilities improvement and cost reduction. He’s worked across multiple industries to lead large-scale initiatives focused on streamlining operations.

    Ray has earned a B.S. of Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA for Georgia Institute of Technology. Over the years he has earned many professional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional.

  • LARRY BEATTY

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Larry offers more than 25 years of leadership in the areas of project management, process engineering, lean-based operations management and business development. He has worked within many large organizations as a consultant, Sr. Director, and in several project/ program manager roles. Larry offers our clients and overall practice an ability to mobilize teams to deliver long-term value.

    Larry has earned a B.S. of Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
